Return & Exchange Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

Because our products are handmade personal-care items, all soap and body-care purchases are final sale. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped or delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Fragrance or color preferences

• Incorrect product selection

• Products that have been opened or used

• Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully package and inspect every order before it leaves our hands. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

A Note About Handmade Soap

Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, shape, texture, scent, or appearance may occur from one batch to another. These natural variations are part of what makes handmade soap unique and are not considered defects.
